Who We Are
QENEX Ltd is a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales (Company Number 16523814) on 17 June 2025. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO Reference: C1837621) and are an active ICANN Registry Service Provider (RSP) applicant under the 2026 Applicant Guidebook.

What We Do
QENEX provides a vertically integrated AI operations stack covering:
- Registry infrastructure — EPP/SRS domain registration reseller integration via OpenProvider (RRPproxy/CentralNic QPP v2.0), CoreDNS authoritative name service with DNSSEC, and ICANN RSP-compliant data escrow.
- AI trader — production multi-chain DeFi liquidation engine across Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, and Ethereum mainnet; proprietary transformer-based momentum trader (V5, 71% holdout accuracy).
- Mesh compute — two-node sovereign mesh (London primary + Canada hot-standby), CRDT-based state replication, MCP (Model Context Protocol) control plane with 14 registered tools.
- Domain monetisation — end-to-end checkout-to-live pipeline for domain registration, site provisioning (Caddy + git), and mail hosting (Postfix/Dovecot/DKIM).
Product verticals accessible to the public include gptfinancial.org (AI financial services) and sauditech.link (Gulf region tech services).
Infrastructure
QENEX operates production-grade infrastructure:
- London primary node — 198.244.164.221 (OVH EMEA, London), production API server (820 endpoints), Redis stack, MinIO sovereign asset store, Caddy reverse proxy with HSTS preload and strict CSP.
- Canada satellite node — hot-standby with live CRDT mesh sync. Automatic failover when primary health score drops below threshold.
- Mail server — Postfix/Dovecot at mail.qenex.ai (198.244.164.221). MX, SPF, DMARC (p=reject), and MTA-STS (enforce mode) all active. DKIM deployment in progress.
- DNSSEC — active on in-house authoritative nameservers ns1/ns2.qenex.ai with NSEC3 opt-out.
- Data escrow — enabled for ICANN RSP compliance artefacts.
