QENEX Pulse
One subscription · one tenant · one cryptographic evidence chain
Companies juggle 75–150 SaaS subscriptions, with compliance teams spending 30–50% of their budget gathering screenshots and exports for audits. QENEX Pulse collapses domain, hosting, professional email, AI-built site, and continuous third-party risk monitoring into one tenant — with every scan, every contract attestation and every sub-processor change SHA-256 hashed at ingest and chained daily into IPFS + OpenTimestamps.
One domain, one mailbox, ten monitored vendors, one cryptographically-anchored evidence chain.

What is included — and what is honestly not
Included: domain registration (registry-pass-through, no markup), managed DNS + TLS, hosting, an AI-built site (full multi-page on Business and Compliance), professional mail (DKIM/DMARC/MTA-STS configured automatically), continuous monitoring of the third-party vendors your business depends on, regulator-mapped PDF + JSON evidence bundles, the full scope-artifact suite (tolerances, narrative, scenarios, contracts, sub-processors), and daily cryptographic anchoring.
Not included (and we are explicit so the boundary is clear): regulator-only powers (ESA designations under DORA Art. 32–44), independent model-risk validation (SR 11-7), AML / sanctions screening, and people-side controls (training records, physical security, endpoint MDM). Pulse names these as out-of-scope in every PDF.
Why a bundle, not a marketplace
A vendor risk product that does not know your domain posture is half blind. A hosting product that does not know your contract obligations is half blind. One tenant, one evidence chain means a single cryptographic answer to "show me the historical posture of my Q3 2024 outbound mail provider" or "produce signed proof we monitored vendor X every business day of fiscal year." Stitching that across point products is exactly the work compliance teams do not have time for.
Pricing honesty
Comparable GRC products (Vanta, Drata, OneTrust) start at $7,500– $25,000 per year for a fraction of this surface and without cryptographically-anchored evidence. QENEX Pulse Compliance is £5,490/year (≈ $6,850) and bundles infrastructure they do not offer. The Starter and Business tiers exist so smaller firms can grow into the same chain rather than re-platform later — the evidence chain accumulates from day one of whichever tier you start on.
Existing £8 Essential and £20 Pro plans (domain + hosting only, no continuous monitoring) remain at /pricing/ for solo founders who do not yet need third-party risk evidence.
